is the r7 265 a good gpu or not?

im building a gaming pc but im unsure of what gpu to get so i was wondering if the r7 265 would be good with the amd fx-8350 or would it bottleneck

It is a good gpu, but I would recommend getting a FX6300 + 270x or 280 for the same price as a FX8350 + 265.
