is the radeon hd 7730 good for gaming?

I Have been looking for a new gpu to to replace my old stock card and i was looking at this one. It is relatively cheap at around $80 and it is compatible with my computer. I'm not looking for the best graphics just in the middle range would be good and also have good fps.

The specs are:
Core clock; 800 MHz
Memory clock; 1125 MHz
GDDR5; 1Gb

You can do better for $80. Look for an r7 250 for about the same price.
