I was checking that out a little bit, but the Nautilus comes with 3 fans, and is cheaper.

Seems adequate. Really a matter of style and budget. Nothing inherently wrong with the case.

I guess it is right now with the sale on Newegg.

I personally wouldn't build in it cuz it has those drive bay cages taking up space and looks a little narrow inside. I also have no idea what cable management support is like in the back.

Air flow I also have no idea about and based on how it's got so much crap at the front I don't think it's as good as it could be.

I guess at this point it's a matter of what you like and don't like in terms of looks and internal layout and whatnot.
