Is the Seagate Barracuda 2TB good for storing and gaming?

So I recently ordered a 2TB Seagate Barracuda Hard drive https://www.amazon.co.uk/Seagate-BarraCuda-Internal-Drive-Cache/dp/B01ICLGJF8/ref=sr_1_3?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1515358862&sr=1-3&keywords=seagate%2B2tb&th=1 and i was wondering if its gonna be good for storage and gaming?

Oh and one more thing does it make a lot of noise

Usually not a lot , but with a HDD being a mechanical drive ,there will be a little noise at times.
