I want a gaming laptop with great specs and i'm trying to keep it $1400 and less any suggestions?

The Dell G3 https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/laptops/17/spd/g-series-17-3779-laptop seems to have a great value, although you'll have to deal with the typical Dell bloatware removal.
