Is there a difference in cooling if you put the fans the other way?

Hey guys. I have an amd fx 9370 and a corsair h100i v2 cooler. Well yesterday I opened my pc to clean the dust from the cooler and when I put out the fans, I put them back the other way because I thought that this is the right side. To be more precise, I had the fans with only the corsair logo looking towards the motherboard and I changed and now the logo, some numbers and other stuff look towards the motherboard. I think there is a difference in cpu temperature. My cpu is running at 60C+ now(when gaming) but it never used to go higher than 55C. Also I think the fans are louder now. So did I do something stupid and I should put them the way they were or should I leave them? I leave in greece btw and the temperature in the room is 28-32C without air condition. When the pc is idle it never goes below 17C(this is normal? It usually is 24-30Csomething. I don't know). So could you tell me if I should change the fans or leave them as they are? I hope I was clear. My case is the corsair obsidian 750D Airflow Edition btw. Thanks in advance.

Your hand is a poor indicator.
A piece of tissue paper works much better.
The fans should blow into the radiator for ultimate performance. To know what side they need to be mounter on you can just keep them like this, start pc, and feel if the fans are blowing into the radiator or not.

Ok so how I can see if they are blowing into the radiator? I just put my hand behind the radiator and if I feel air that means that the fans are blowing into the radiator? I'm sorry I'm a noob in this stuff. Thanks in advance.
