Soooo, i got abit of a silly question, I got this deepcool RGB controller, so i can go from 5V to 12volt, however i have encountered a problem it seems like the female connector dosent fit the male pins in my motherboard?

So my question is - is there a different in the shape or thickness? if YES.

is there at way to work around this?

Yes, there can be (is) a difference in size, shape, spacing etc. Post a side by side picture of what you have.
Im using a MSI Z390 -A-PRO MB

And i bought a Deepcool AG400, and i later saw that my MB dident support 5v so I had to buy an RGB Hub, witch I did.

However the Female holes in the hub dosent fit the male pins in my motherboard.

Id say the pins in my MB is "Standdard" size, and the holes in the female are diffrent.<

That picture shows an ARGB (5v, digital) connector so it has to be connected to same type connector, not just RGB which has 4 pins, is analog and runs at12v.
All RGB have standard connectors and all ARGB have own standard. Only difference can be with some fan and controller kits which combine fan motor and lights in one 5pin connector to the controller.
