i am looking for a gtx 960 card to get and decided to go for the 4gb version, but i foudn these 2 similarly priced cards and am wondering which would be better?
1st Card: http://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-Nvidia-960-Gaming-Graphics/dp/B00UHHXXH8/ref=sr_1_5?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1448531009&sr=1-5&keywords=gtx+960

2nd Card: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00UJLDVJC/ref=psdc_430524031_t2_B00UHHXXH8

my build is currently:

Case: http://www.amazon.co.uk/NZXT-H440-Tower-Window-Quiet/dp/B00HVZGAOC/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1448531577&sr=1-1&keywords=nzxt+h440

Cpu: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Intel-4690K-Processor-LGA1150-Socket/dp/B00KPRWB9G/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1448531585&sr=1-1&keywords=i5+4690k

Motherboard: There was a mix up on the Motherboard i received and i do not remember what exactly it was but i ensured it was compatible with my build (excluding graphics card)

RAM:http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMY8GX3M2A1600C9R-Vengeance-1600Mhz-Performance/dp/B00D2LGT72/ref=sr_1_3?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1448531794&sr=1-3&keywords=corsair+vengeance+pro

and i have a 550w power supply although the name/brand escapes me.

Solution
There is no huge difference between these cards, I'd go for the cheaper of these two which seems to be the asus one. Both have good coolers aswell (and GTX 960 is a cool running card to start with).
