Question Is there a free PDF edit program compatible for Windows 10?

I have a PDF application that I need to fill in, butI do not have a progam allowing me to do so in Windows 10

I don't use windows, but it was my impression that Adobe added this feature to its free reader program sometime ago?

Or, am I in error?

Have you tried the programs available from Adobe already?

Contact the site which provided you with that form, and ask for fillable copy.
Check how much you can do with the free variant of this app.

As an alternative method, you can download the GIMP and import a .pdf in, one page at a time, and use the text tool to fill-out the form, then save that page as a .png. Repeat for the number of pages in the document.

Then, open up LibreOffice and set the page margins to 0" for top, bottom, left, and right, and do a CTRL + Enter for the number of pages you have. Scroll back up to the top of the empty document and drag each .png onto the current page, scroll down to the next page and repeat until done.

Save the document as a .pdf, and you're done.

It's a longer process, but it works.

FOXit may do it for free - I use them, but never any need to play with PDF files
