I found a tv that is coming out that has 120hz 4k that has hdmi 2.0 and is 350$ and hdmi 1.4 outputs 4k in 30 hz.

that is one expensive graphics card i was thinking gtx 770

Just showing you how much graphics card you need for 4K. Even though you can get a monitor for say $1000, I don't think the cards are cheap enough yet for 4K. I'm going to sit on 1080p for quite a while yet.

That 120 Hz is probably just for 1080p. At 4K it will be 30 Hz, no doubt. The Seiki is that way, anyway (I am using one now).

You don't need much graphics card if you don't play games.

I just want a 4K desktop that plays movies at 24 frames/sec fluidly. 24 to 30 frames/sec conversion is not fluid. 24 to 60 frames/sec conversion is much better.
