[SOLVED] Is there a HDMI splitter that would let me pick a display?

So I have 2 PC's and want to share 1 monitor. I'm looking for a HDMI splitter of some sort where I can just push a button or something to switch the active computer to the display. Is this even a thing? Thanks!

Yes, it is a thing and it's called KVM switch.

Generally, simplest way to achieve that would be to use 2 HDMI cables (as long as your monitor has 2 HDMI ports) and simply use the monitor's buttons to change signal source.
