[SOLVED] Is there a network cap on my pc? how to fix?

Hello, I am a PC gamer and installing games on any platform if that's origin, steam or blizzard is always slow. My download speed never gets higher than 13mb/s. typically I would be fine with this but my internet always reaches 100mb/s on speed tests. I have no idea why installing things on my PC is so slow. According to Ookla speed test, my PC always scores around 100mb/s. This frustrates me that downloads on only these apps are so slow. I have checked every application and there is no network cap for speed or anything. I really don't know what to do but extremely slow downloads and bad ping is always annoying for me. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

it would be almost impossible to do this even if you wanted to.

I suspect you are confusing bytes and bits. 13mbyte is 104mbits

Your ISP and Ookla/speedtest report in megabits/sec.
Steam and Origin report in megabytes/sec.

8:1 ratio.

13MBps from Steam = 100Mbps from Ookla/speedtest.
There is nothing broken, nothing to fix.

Thank you, I was wondering why this was happening that makes sense now after watching a few youtube videos explaining this.
