I was thinking of the RM650x but for $10 more i can get the RM750x. Just 100w more is more power the better way to go or does it even make sense? ( or just in case of any future upgrades)

You just have more power available and likely more available connectors. There might also be a small improvement in efficiency. Depending on how much load you'll place on a 650w PSU vs 750w. As maximum efficiency is around 50% load.
I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will allow for a stronger future graphics card upgrade.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.
