turn of windows fast boot.. this normally fixes the issue for most people. its a bug in the radeon software.

Will try it. I normally just reset the OC in Adrenaline (saved profile).

i will be blunt i had similar issues with amd driver software. screen tearing etc.

amd cards are a bit temperamental but shouldn't cause instability and you shouldnt have to clock any of the cards stuff down if its at bone stock.

what system ram are you using size make and model.

corsair vengeance ddr5 6000mhz 32gb
