Is there a small SSD that I could use for Windows?

Is there a good SSD with around same characteristics [strike]with[/strike] as a Samsung Evo for example,
around 16GB, [strike]dedicated[/strike] to be used only for Windows installations?

Or it is better to install Windows on my Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB?

^ Agreed. There's no way Windows alone (+ updates as they release) will run sufficiently on a 16GB SSD.... just not going to happen.

If your option(s) are a ridiculously small SSD or just installing Windows to your HDD, then the HDD is the way to go.

Absolute minimum for an OS SSD these days would be in the 120GB range.... but even that fills up fast and requires you to spend some time, relatively frequently, optimizing the space. ~240GB range would be ideal.
