Is there a way I can fix broke SATA Pins on my HDD?

There anyway I can fix this or connect it to the PC so I can save all my information?

If you can't solder, then you could replace the PCB and transfer the 8-pin chip at location U12 from patient to donor. Some PCB suppliers will do the transfer for free.
