[SOLVED] Is there a way to copy data from one drive to another automatically?

Hi There,

I am in the process of scanning a lot of old family photos onto my PC, and I am doing this using the best quality settings available to me as I only intend on doing this mammoth task once!

Is there a way to set things up so the data being written to my hard drive is automatically copied / mirrored onto another hard drive to back it all up in real time?

I know about RAID arrays and already have a RAID 1 setup, but I want a copy of everything on another drive so I can plug it into other devices.
