Is there a way to install a INTERNAL SD Card reader?

Is there a product like this?
I've seen computers that have internal sd card readers so i assume it's possible?

Is there a SD Card reader that's the size of a DVD Drive that uses SATA and all that?

I'm sick of the external ones, i always loose them...

If you've got a spare 5.25 bay you can install one of these

You don't only get a card reader, you can get front USB ports, esata ports, fan controllers

I'll go for the 5.25 one since my case doesn't have a 3.5 drive bay
