Is there a way to see your program usage time?

Is there a way in windows 7 to see how many hours you have used a program like how many hours you've played a game? The games menu doesn't have much information. There's a last used on the uninstall menu, but nothing about usage.

I do not believe anything like that exists.

You could maybe cobble together a batchfile or Powershell that recorded the start time and then starts the exe, and then when you close the application make not of what time it is.

But there is nothing native to do that.

I know steam shows usage which was where I got the idea from. I was wondering how long I played some of my non steam games. I was wondering if there was anything native to windows since I'll only be able to see after I install this is all. But thanks for the replies.
