You might be better off using https://github.com/Rem0o/FanControl.Releases
its what I use on a Gigabyte X570 - it can control every fan in case, if you have an Nvidia GPU it even sees its fans.
I only use it for case fans as AIO runs its own fans and it doesn't work with AMD GPU.
Just remove all gigabyte apps as most of them are painful and use this instead:

its only really running the rear fan but having it slower than top 2 removes a noise it makes.

If you use the gigabyte program for fans, you probably do as if you assigned 2 programs to one controller, they likely compete.
