you can edit inline style sheet there

now the only thing you have to do is to change overflow-x from auto to visible

If you want something semi-permanent, you can write up a userscript to adjust certain elements of the page. That way this will happen across the site and you don't have to manually do this every time.

Though DM me on how to do this, since I'm not sure what the policy on publicly posting stuff like that is.

I understand, reading with just a quarter of the screen can be challenging, especially when scrolling through 10 pages for days.
