Is there a Windows XP Media Creation tool?

I have a legal copy of Windows XP 32-bit that I purchased about 15 years ago. I was wondering if there's a Windows XP Media creation tool?

And would it allow me to select 64-bit, and use my 32-bit Serial Key?

There is not, that tool started with Windows 8, also you wouldn't want to use 64-bit Windows XP because it has compatibility issues with a lot of software and most hardware doesn't have 64bit Windows XP drivers. The keys are totally separate as well.
