What is the most powerful wireless transmitter for 4k? Everything i have seen will only do 4k @ 30hz & 1080p @ 120.
I want to connect my PC to my TV in the other room, and the wall run will have a couple bends i want to avoid.

Has anyone come across a wireless transmitter that will do more HZ at 4k, preferably at least 120HZ?

I seriously doubt they can even get 4k at 30hz. When you look at just the requirements for what kind of HDMI port you need to run 4k at 120hz I seriously doubt there will be any wireless solution. They say you need HDMI 2.1 because the HDMI 2.0 bandwidth of 18gbit is not enough.

This means even you can not even run it over 10gbit ethernet ports. There is no wifi solution that even comes close.

In most cases the output from a video is raw uncompressed data. They already cheat and use a form of compression to run 4k at 240 because even the 48gbit of hdmi 2.1 is not good enough.

The only way you stream video from one room to another over wireless is to use all the trick sites like youtube and twitch do. They massively compress the data using things like AV1 and then have the device that is receiving it uncompress it back. There is of course very large delays introduced doing this and the quality is massively reduced.

Understood, thank you for the input guys! Looks like im going to have to make a couple holes in a couple walls if this is what i want.

You would have to ask the guys who know more about cables than I do but you generally already need quality HDMI cables to run 4k 120 at even short distances. I have not looked into how long a HDMI cable can be when you are running that fast.

Also be sure your tv actually has 4k 120 input. Some tv like to lie about stuff like this and they do stuff like frame doubling to get fake 120 frame rates.
