That should work OK. But I'd get a better power supply eg Seasonic 520, XFX 550 or Antec HCG 520M

Also - Look at Tom's - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-your-own-budg... but you'd probably have to drop to a gtx760 to get within budget.
