Is there any hope I can fix my HDD drive after bitlocker encryption?

Yesterday I wanted to encrypt my whole 1TB HDD drive which was almost full with my data, it took a very long time so I left it work over night but when I woke up today I realized that something must have gone wrong because when I type my password and unlock I can't open the drive, it says:

" D:/ is not accessible
Parameter is incorrect "

I have a very bad feeling I need to format my drive. Do you have any idea how could I save my data?

OMG, I simply had to use dwayne johnson s advice from skycraper, " restart solves everything". I am so happy right now I thought I lost everything. I had some backups but not of every data and that scared me. First thing I do right now is backing up )
