Question Is there any program to lock other programs with fingerprint ?

My laptop has a fingerprint scanner, but so far I only figured that it's usable to unlock the device. Is there any method to lock folders/programs with it?

Without the correct fingerprint your entire laptop is locked so nothing can be accessed, so why would you need a separate app to lock folders?
