Is there any reason not to get the intel i5-4440?

I'm currently looking at building a budget gaming PC, and the intel i5-4440 is just $3 more than the i5-4430 on Amazon. Is there any reason not to get the i5-4440 (apart from the $3)? CPUBoss says that the i5-4440 is slightly better across the board unless I intend to overclock, which I don't.

There will be a minimal difference b/t the two. I'd just get the cheaper one.

neither one has unlocked mulitplier, the difference is the 40 is 100 Mhz faster than the 30.

The 4460 is priced just like a 4440 in some places, just saying, there are also good deals on the 4590, if you live near a microcenter its at $160.

Unfortunately, I do not. Though at this point, I was considering going with an AMD FX 8320 since I can get a good deal on it, and I think the i5 might be overkill for my goal of being able to run Skyrim on ultra settings in 1080p with graphics mods and being able to maintain 60 fps. Any chance that you can advise me on that?
