Is there any software that allows me to use Windows 7 as a NAS Server?

Hi,
I am wondering if there is any program out there that allows me to use a windows 7 PC as a NAS server. Specifically, I have an old pentium 4 machine running windows 7, which I am currently using as an FTP server. I have tried NAS4Free, but I would like something that can run inside windows.
