Question 3080ti after fixing, temps are normal?

Hi, im running a 3080ti Gigabyte Eagle OC in a spare rig. The case is a chinesium Azza Iris 330 but it has plenty airflow and 5 fans
This card had artifracting and had to be REPAIRED with vrams replaced. Im testing it after getting it back from the technician:
After 10ish minutes of furmark the temps are
Core: 76
Hotspot:88
Vram:81

Is this ok? The fans were at around 80%
I cant find a definitive answer on the highest acceptable temps for this card and its memory so it doesnt die again and I can leave it at my office rig

Those temps are fine, that's why the fans never hit 100%
