Id like to have an software that can search files and registry keys. I prefer cleaning the traces of programs manually, but it's frustrating to go through folders and regedit.

RegEdit has its own Find function.

Some 3rd party software that strolls through the Registry might delete the wrong thing.

There are a multitude of 3rd party 'registry cleaners'.
I wouldn't use any of them.
