Question Is there any software to redirect the writes on the HD disk to the RAM cache?

I'm looking for some software that redirects the data disk writes to a RAM cache, something similar to PrimoCache, but I need the data disk to be read-only or not writeable (like deep frezzer).
Is there something like that?
