Is there any solution for intel haswell refresh cpu exceeds 1.575v?

i am using GSKill RIpjawsX XM 2x8GB DDR3 2133mhz and it says "Memory operating voltage of 1.6V exceeds the Intel Haswell Refresh CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V)."

1.6v = 1.5v+10%.. exceeds 5%

I would like to ask,
1. what is the impact?
2. is it ok if i let it be?
3. what is the solution?
4. how to fix it?

CPU: Intel Core I5 4690K
MOBO: ASUS Z97 PRo Gamer
GPU: Palit GTX980TI Superjetstream 6GB DDR5
COoler: Cryorig H5 Ultimate
PSU: Seasonic S12 II 620W PSU
Chassis: NZXT H440 Black Red
HDD: Seagate 3TB Baracuda HDD
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD

OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Pro

That will run just fine.The ram can even operate at a voltage up to 1.65V and be fine so 1.6V is good to go.
