[SOLVED] Is there any way to Convert HDMI/DP to DVI-D 144Hz?

Hey,
So friend owns a GN246HL Monitor which can do upto 144hz but only though DVI but his Gpu 1660 got only HDMI and DP ports. Is there any way for him to convert his signal from GPU to DVI monitor to get 144hz?
