[SOLVED] Is there any way to increase dedicated iGPU memory through software?

First of all, I'm sorry if this is the wrong category to post this. I have a Ryzen 3200G and 8GB RAM and the only GPU in the system is the integrated Vega 8. I of course want to keep the default memory allocation to the iGPU as low as possible, because it won't make any performance differences. However, I recently wanted to play GTA 4, which refuses to load textures if I don't increase the amount of dedicated VRAM. I really don't like going to the BIOS just to change the VRAM for one game, and having to put it back when I want to play another more modern game (since most modern games need at least 8GB). I really want to know if there's any program that can do this for me, so that I don't have to go the BIOS all the time.

I'd do that if I had more money, I just asked if such software exists. The latest GTA IV patch fixed my issues anyway.

Edit: I managed to get the previous patch (1.0.7.0/1.1.2.0) to work for both the base game and EFLC on Windows 10 (might work with other versions but idk). Here's how I did it in case there's anyone else reading this who has the same issue as I do but doesn't want to update. I'm not sure if all the steps I did are necessary but this works for me:

  1. Update to the latest patch and install this version of XLiveLess with XLiveLessAddon which requires the 32-bit Ultimate ASI Loader (doesn't matter if OS is 64-bit) to the game's install directory
  2. Open the game's install directory and move...

  1. Update to the latest patch and install this version of XLiveLess with XLiveLessAddon which requires the 32-bit Ultimate ASI Loader (doesn't matter if OS is 64-bit) to the game's install directory
  2. Open the game's install directory and move "paul.dll" to a temporary place (desktop is the easiest)
  3. Install patch 1.0.7.0 or 1.1.2.0 (depending on which game you want to play)
  4. Put "paul.dll" back to the game directory, you'll be asked if you want to replace and confirm it
  5. Install ColAccel (make sure to put the ".asi" file into the "plugins" folder inside your game's install directory)
  6. Inside of game's install directory right click on "LaunchGTAIV.exe" (or "LaunchEFLC.exe"), go to Properties>Compatibility and check the box "Run this program as an administrator"
  7. While still in there, right click on "GTAIV.exe" (or "EFLC.exe"), go to Properties>Compatibility, set compatibility mode to Windows 7 (if you don't see this then your OS is either Windows 7 or something older) and check the box "Disable fullscreen optimizations"
  8. Make sure any other ".exe" files don't have any compatibility options enabled
  9. While still in there, create a text file called "commandline.txt" and type in:
-availablevidmem <yourAmountOfVRAM> (if you're using an iGPU like me and your amount of allocated VRAM is let's say 64MB, then type in "-availablevidmem 60.0". This will prevent the infinite loading loop, but it might take a bit for it to load however.
Also type in:
-norestrictions
-nomemrestrict
10. OPTIONAL: Uninstall all Games for Windows - LIVE related things as they are not needed with XLiveLess (unless you have a game that needs it)
That's it, you're done!

I hope this helps if anyone actually needs it (this unlikely but posting this makes me feel better). All save data is in <documentsFolder>\Rockstar Games\GTA IV (for both the base game and EFLC).
