Is there any way to overclock in my Fujitsu bios?

I just wanted to try to overclock my PC, before upgrading, so i could just tell the performance boosts better. My CPU is a intel core 2 duo e8400 3.00 ghz. And my bios is version 6.00 R1.04.2750.A2 (according to dxdiag)

You don't overclock BIOS, you overclock CPU, memory etc. thru it.
What is actual MB, Bios version and make are not relevant without knowing anything about your MB ?

Nvm, there was no option to overclock my cpu thru my bios, and i didn't have a fujitsu bios, i had like another bios (forgot the name)
