Is there any ways to take one's PC for playing?

Hi there!
You see, I've asked myself recently if it is somehow possible to get an access into one's PC for playing? I mean, what if my girl has the best configuration ever and I would like to play Witcher 3 or Battlefield V via her PC? Is it possible in any way?
I am not taking into account teamviewer and similar apps, I guess they're not appropriate for my target.
Everyone, share your comments, share your opinions! What do you think of it?

The actual requirements for RemoteFX are probably far beyond what you want to do.
Windows Server as the host system, specifically

The actual requirements for RemoteFX are probably far beyond what you want to do.

It is impossible to implement RemoteFX into Windows 8.1 or 10 for instance, isn't it?
