Well my budget is basically as low as possible.
I would like to have a decent gaming pc but I also do 3d modeling on it.
the graphic card I could get for 150 and the processor for 90.
I already have the ram and the power supply and the motherboard would be around 60 pound.

I liked the processor because it is overclockable to 5ghz

If you already have the i5 2500k and the z77 Motherboard. If you already have the 2500k and no motherboard and you want to get it overlocked, and I would, to 5.0GHz you would need a Z77 chipset Motherboard like yours. I don't know the VRM specs but A MB with a Power Phase Design of no less than 6 for the CPU. So lets just say 80-90£ for the MB.
I am going to assume you are building a gaming PC.
If you DO NOT Have anything yet and do Not Plan to Oveckock ever. Then okcnaline is right about Haswell. The i5 4570 or 4670 are good value and perform very well in games as well as being fast at everything....So the Motherboard does not need to be Z87 so you can get cheaper ones that will not degrade the performance of the CPU of GPU. So basicallu H81.B85,H87,Q87, ect are usually on less expesnsive MBs. For a point of referencI will say the GIGABYTE GA-B85N and the ASUS H87M-E LGA. Both of these Motherboards are great Value and received good reviews.
The Power Supply it is IMO the most crucial Component for Stability. But Higher the quality=higher price. Anything Haswell certified with a 80 plus bronze from a well received Vendor is fine. usually I would recommend the CX600M but it is only Haswell Ready. The SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W is a good value for high quality. Or the Rosewill CAPSTONE-550 550W. SSD can be 120gb and that woudl also save money and get a 1TB HDD for about 50£.
Oh and Memory really comes down to preference as most are the same in most ways. Good place to start: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 2x4Gb Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

Sell your RAM and PSU and get some of your money back.

just would like to add that if you plan to Overlcock and get good results Not only do you need the compatible Chipset(Z77) which I guess you said you have...The PSU and MB are key parts to a stable OC as well as Cooling. Luckily Sandy Bridge does not get as hot as Haswell and Overlcock to higher frequencies on less voltage. So pick carefully..
