Is there anything single 16gb RAM instead of 2x8gb

Hey guys,
Had a little look around the internet for RAM cards. Im after a single 16gb RAM card instead of 2x8gb cards. Would prefer it to be from a well-known and reliable brand.

You will find those only as server parts, so they can be very expensive. Note also that your motherboard may not support these sticks...

A single 16GB stick will be slower speed and you will lose the benefit of dual channel memory.
