We just put wifi back in the house. Is their anyway, weather it is a software i can download or a new router with built in properties where i set bandwidth speed limits to certain devices, or set time locks, or boot/deny access to individual devices when their being bad and ect... that the kids use? Weather its you know, having Admin wifi accounts, and guest accounts for the kids, or anything like that? I have a Belkin router now. Some of the features when i log onto the router are acronyms i dont understand. Thank You!

Would have to look when i get home.... it has a large list of features on the left side when i log into my ip address from a browser....

I know it is a N300 but its slow. Firmware is good. Im going to test my speed with wifi and an ethernet cable and compare to see how much speed i loose. If its because the router is old we will be looking for a new one.

But also want to slow down the kids who only browse.. so we can do what we want without beitg lagged out.

Unfortunately it's still in Beta, but you should check out Appiom. Looks easy to use. I'm researching things myself right now and I found it. Seems like the easiest way to help manage wifi time for the kids.
