Is There Anyway To Turn Vibration Off But Keep Notification Sounds On in Android Lollipop?

I have consulted Google endlessly, and attempted to do this myself, but to no avail. So, the problem I have is with notifications. Whenever I get one, when I am not in priority mode or "none" mode, the phone goes off with the notification sounds and a vibration.

At first I thought nothing of this, I would just find in the settings where vibration is, turn it off, and be good to go. Except it wasn't in the settings. So I searched Google, and searched and searched. All results say to put your phone in priority mode. The only problem I have with that is, that if I have it in priority mode, I will miss the notifications entirely because there is also no audio that goes off.

So, I ask you, is there anyway you can, in Android's settings app, keep the notification audio on and turn the vibration off? Thanks in advance.

You could root your android device and change the vibration settings through the system files. But I don't recommend this method due to something going horribly wrong. If you want to root, I'll tell you how.
