Question Is there anyway to upgrade this PC or should I just build a new one ?

That is a dead platform unfortunately. The only parts i would salvage from those are the storage and the GPU.

Or it might just be better to sell the PC as a whole n build a new one.

Thats an old one, not to much to upgrade from, I would definitely look into building something more recent.

I was hoping to spend $300-$400

Using PC part finder. Unsure if there is something better.

Really just csgo/web surfing, play other titles on console.

Did have some items in mind for an upgrade if you had any advice. Reusing the 1650. upgrade to a Asrock 6600 8gb in the future.
