Hello, I got a new PC build recently but without a GPU or storage drives. So I took my old GPU which was GTX 1080 TI GIGABYTE with my old storage drives from my old build to my new one. But, I noticed that my new build gets nearly the same frames and the same performance in games as my old build and this makes me confused as I thought I would get higher performance and higher frames due to the the R5 7600x but the performance is nearly the same in both builds which makes me think that there is something wrong in my new build.
Games tested in both builds was AC Origins,RDR2, Watch dogs 2 with all settings and resolution adjusted at 4k ultra settings in both builds

My old One:
I5 9400F
MSI H310
T-force delta ram DDR4 2666 MHz 2x8 16 GB
GIGABYTE GTX 1080 TI

MY New build
RYZEN 5 7600X
MSI PRO A620 M-E
PATRIOT VIPER VENOM DDR5 5200MHz 2x8 16 GB
And the same GTX 1080 TI

Any Answers would be much appreciated !

Did you reinstall the OS after you migrated platforms?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
Since you performed an upgrade, we should be seeing 2 sets of specs, one for before and for after.

Just to clarify: you took the boot drive from one PC (old) and installed the boot drive in another PC (new)?

Or just installed the storage drives after the Windows OS was installed/reinstalled on its own (new?) drive?
