I would be concerned about the heat in that chassis:

and by todays standards you're going to end up paying more for 2.5" drive support via adapters which is why I suggest you look into a $50 case built to todays specs. If you're working with an matx board, then you can take a look at the CoolerMaster MasterBox Q300L chassis.
