Also you can upgrade to a better GPU in 1-2 years time after you save money. This will easily run 1060Ti card at max.

Truee, but in my country it's 8k, and also i just want to have a playable framerate like 30fps, and that build is the only decent i can find, but ican some older chip like i5 2500(non-K), and pair it with 750ti, can it play gta 5 and (some) new title games like dying light,dishonored, and State Of Decay 2?

The 750Ti is old and not very good any more.
I think almost ZERO AAA rating games will work well.

I always recommend using NEWEGG for people who live in strange countries like I do, great service, cheaper than local and guaranteed price is what you pay (on check out it shows you the TAX and the guarantee you won't pay any more than that, if you do, they pay it!)

What is your budget?
I did check Newegg Philips and an AMD system was about 16k P - cpu/mobo/ram

The 1030 IS slower than the 750ti

But realistically you need a 1050 for gaming although a very old 2500 may work, I wouldn't guarantee it.

If you choose G4560 you need DDR4 memory. If you choose i5-2500S you need DDR3 one.
GTX 750 ti is better than GT 1030.
G4560 is similar than I5-2500S.

GTX 750 TI is enough for playing at 720p, old games.

You dont need 600W. 450 w are enough. if you can spend the same as I had in a 450 of better quality.

I actually Have an DDR3 RAM, Cause i've been using an a4-3400 cpu,
soo you're saying technically that i5-2500s is almost the same as G4560?
then i choose i5-2500 because ram is pricey right now,

and what is the name of that 16k and what specs?
