Is this a dead pxiel please help

So i bought BENQ XL2411P yesterday and i noticed this thing so is it a dead pxiel or stuck pixel or even dirt and will the seller return it thanks

Try cleaning with soap and water, if it is dirt, you are good.

It is not unusual for a panel with many pixels to have a few defects.
Unless the panel was advertised as "perfect pixel" you have little grounds to return it.
Each vendor will have standards for acceptable products.
Perhaps 3 or 4, none of which appear in the center of the viewing area.

I just ran that testing app and I have no dead pixels. :)

Assuming it really is a dead pixel and not dirt, you need to decide if it is worth your time to return the unit.
It is likely not eligible for replacement under manufacturer's warranty, but your seller may be ok with a return.
