Looks pretty good but I'd go for a 240mm AIO. The Meshify case fits a 240 up top. Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut is the best paste.
Depending on the room temp you may not even need a aftermarket cooler as the stock one is quite good, I'd try it first before buying a aftermarket one. I made some adjustments to the parts such as just going with a 2TB NVMe, cheaper motherboard that ships with a updated BIOS and will handle the 3700X well and put in more memory.
