Motherboard:Gigabyte H110M-DS2 LGA 1151 DDR4 Motherboard

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600

Ram:x2 Kingston DDR4 4gb

GPU: Radeon XFX Rx480 8gb

Storage: 500gb Seagate HDD3.5 Sata @7.2k Rpm

PSU: Deepcool DE600 600w 80+ Bronze

Case: Deepcool Tesseract BF Metal Mesh USB 3.0

I already have my old monitor. So it's not included in the budget.

What is the cost of your build, that is the governing factor for those parts in that list. If you could provide a PCpartpicker list, that should help. If I were you and there was no real penalty in cost, I'd change the board to a B150 chipset, I don't know what your rams are, I would change the PSU to something like a CX550M unit and perhaps a different matx case.

I agree with that Lutfij is saying. THis is a pretty decent motherboard here - https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130895 (and has a $10 rebate) and a 550w PSU should be more than sufficient.
