Is this a decent gaming build?

Hi everyone I am building up my second new PC with following specs. And can it manage bf4 on ultra on 1080p?
SPECS:
Intel core i7 4790k @4.0 ghz turbo boosted to 4.4 ghz processor
AsRock Z87 Extreme 4 Motherboard
GSkill 8gb 1600mhz 4x2 RAM
Msi geforce gtx 970 4gb gddr5 oc
Antec neo eco 620w PSU
Cooler Master HAF 912 combat case
WD caviar green 1tb hdd
Hp 23inch 1900x1080 monitor.. ..

I'm planning to get gtx 970 in a month because it not yet released in India. And how's gtx 970 for ultra gaming?

Yes, it would get at least 60 FPS. The 4790k is a bit overkill for gaming only, though.
Otherwise, you're good to go!
