Is this a decent/good gaming laptop?

I've been looking for a decent gaming laptop for under 700$ and so far this is the best I've found:

Is this a good gaming laptop? I've searched benchmarks for the Nvidia GeForce 940m and found this website which tells me certain game's fps, and so far I like what I saw;

Currently, the main game that I am playing is Counter Strike Global Offensive, and the website says I'll get around 110 fps on high settings, and about 70 fps on ultra settings. Would that be right with the processor, ram, and hard drive?

Also, is the ram expandable, and can the hard drive (5400RPM) be changed to something and if so what?

I'll be using it for school, and gaming (CS GO, Minecraft, Garry's Mod, and maybe some newer games [maybe] like some of the newer Call of Duty's)

I belive that for that price you can get a laptop with an quad-core I7 (4720HQ) and an GTX 750ti... My friend have one like that from asus...

It looks like it's good for the price, it's got a nice graphics card with 8 gb ram, the i7 isn't the best in the family but a good processor none the less. Al the components look to be on par with each other, so they would all work together nicely.It defiantly looks like you could run counter strike without any problems, and minecraft and Garry's mod arnt that demanding either. You might not be able to play call of duty on ultra graphics, and high might be ok (this is kinda an educated guess) but this laptop is a good deal for your budget

I'm not an expert on laptops but I do now a good amount about computers and componets.

I don't play cod myself but based off the minimum specs it looks like you shouldn't have a problem
