Is this a decent GPU (guild wars 2)

hey guys , does anyone have any special thoughts on 100$ graphics card that can run games on the upper end of settings?

currently targeting guild wars 2

I am asking because I ran across this card
EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti FPB ( any experience with this card)

I don't really know what the differences are between the ones labeled differently but this one for 120, includes free Adobe PS 10 which is a nice bonus.

keep in mind I have a spare 8800 GT card from 2008 that I thought of keeping
or is there another card out there that will be better in this price range (lower the better)? ATI or Nvidia

currently have:

phenom II x4 965 stock
8gb ram

Hello,
I'm fairly sure that even your old GPU will run the game, but with that said, upgrading to something newer surely will let you turn up the game detail and enjoy the eye candy.

550Ti will run the game wonderfully, as you can see in the benchmark that dragonsamus linked.
